STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, AutoGoFast reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. AutoGoFast will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, AutoGoFast reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can AutoGoFast become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to AutoGoFast in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. To ensure a fast and efficient handling of your request, all after-sales service (warranty claims, returns, order issues, technical support, and other customer service inquiries) must be submitted exclusively by email. Our telephone support is reserved for sales inquiries, pre-purchase questions, and product advice.
  6. Our guarantees offered on certain products are applicable only in the event of a manufacturer's defect or missing parts inside the package.
  7. Any electronic or electrical part that has been connected or installed will no longer be covered by warranty and cannot be returned or refunded.
  8. All products containing electrical cables, connectors, wiring harnesses, sensors, electronic modules, or any other electrical/electronic components are sold without warranty coverage. Due to the nature of electrical parts and the risks associated with installation, diagnostics, and vehicle-related issues, no warranty claims will be accepted on these products.
  9. This exclusion does not apply to air suspension struts, air suspension compressors, and air suspension air springs (air bags), which remain covered under our standard warranty terms and conditions.
  10. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this warranty limitation.
  11. AutoGoFast undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. AutoGoFast cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  12. The seller (AutoGoFast) will not be held responsible for any customs delays, carrier issues, or carrier delays. The customer is responsible for resolving any delivery problems directly with the carrier if a package is not delivered to their address, even if the carrier has marked it as delivered.
  13. In order for it to be admissible, AutoGoFast must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  14. All deliveries are guaranteed within a delivery period of 2-15 working days except for countries outside the EU and in the event of unjustified delays on the part of the carrier.
  15. In the event that a parcel is lost during transit, responsibility lies with the carrier handling the shipment at the time of delivery. Customers must contact the carrier directly and notify us so that an investigation and claim process can be initiated.
  16. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by France law.
  17. Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the package by contacting us via email. If no return request is submitted by email within this period, the return will not be accepted.
  18. Please note that certain returns may incur a return fee, depending on the size and weight of the item.
  19. Any refund issued after purchase may be subject to processing and restocking fees ranging from 5% to 15% of the item price, depending on the value and nature of the product.
  20. Any steering wheel customization requires approximately 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery.
  21. If a steering wheel customization has already been approved and production has commenced, any subsequent cancellation request may be subject to additional fees to cover administrative, processing, and production costs already incurred.
  22. Please note that shipments to destinations outside the European Union and to European islands may be subject to additional transit times, which can extend delivery by approximately 2 to 5 weeks depending on customs procedures, carrier operations, and local logistics conditions.
  23. In exceptional cases, customized steering wheels may require an additional 2 to 5 weeks of processing and delivery time. As customization typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, the total estimated timeframe for receiving the product may be between 4 and 8 weeks.
  24. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received at our facility and inspected by our team. The refund process may take between 2 and 5 weeks, depending on the time required for inspection and processing.
